I also had the same problem, I replaced the ir but the surface mount diode "D2" I cannot find. When I look for them I only get ones that have 3 prongs, so does anyone know where I can find one of those?

Finding replacements based on the coding can be an art in itself. You also have to hope for a best guess scenario. This is the process I have used for years and so far so good. So the code is A6T. First we look at a code chart: www.sos.sk/pdf/SMD_Catalog.pdfPage 29 shows A6t to be a BAS16 Next we go to the BAS16 datasheet: www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/BAS16_SER.pdfAs you can see the BAS16 comes in various packages. So you have to measure the body of the part on the board and compare with the charts on pages 9 and 10. Once you have the comparable you then have the body size code and you can search for part numbers based off this. Even when you think you have then found the correct part by the number you found in the datasheet, double check the size code on the parts website information: www.mouser.com/All-Manufacturers/Semiconductors/_/N-5gcbZ0Zscv7?Keyword=BAS16&FS=True

I hope you can help. I have a similar plate amp in my Klipsch RSW-10D and was hoping you could tell me some information off of your amplifier. I had a couple items burn out and I want to try and replace those elements before I send this off to get fixed. I am a complete novice and have never been part of a forum or done any type of circuitry. I can’t find a schematic or I would just try to look it up. I had the capacitor at C26 blow and cause a chain reaction of chaos for R12, R3, and C25. I was hoping you could tell me what the capacitors are on C25 and C26. Please help and save me hundreds of dollars in repair. Super new to this, so I’m not even sure how to post images of my issue.

I have the same board with different failure on my Bash amp 750W. Does anyone know what the part numbers are for D1 and D3 diodes? I am referring to 660045-1 daughter board that controls switch mode power supply.

Hi, The same BASH amp is used in my Thiel smartsub SW1. Recently, the sub goes to standby mode once it is switched ON and running for about 2-3 minutes. The service technician tried to troubleshoot on small daughter board 660045-1 but he could not. Any idea where can buy the new board ? Although the board is quite bad, I am trying to repair it.. Any one advise on the smd capacitor values on board? thanks
