I was hearing a few clicks from where the TV is, maybe every 15 seconds over the course of a couple of minutes. Went to investigate and the TV had turned itself on. It was plugged in, but definitely a surprise. Unplugged it for now, but noting the new development. Hopefully I'll have time to pop the back off this weekend.

It was the main board. Bought a replacement off of Ebay and now it's back up and running.
Did have an issue with a cheap HDMI cable and it not showing a picture, but after switching that out with a better one everything is great.
