While assembling, should I still keep the P6601B pin wires as they are?

Gee, I don't know. Don't you have some smaller wire? Any old cables out of an old PC? That looks like it would fall off.

Actually it did fall off along with pin#3 of q7013. I was afraid of this. What ic is this?

It is a voltage regulator. Would I have to replace it or the pin can be resoldered?

Anything else you think I may need? So, that I do not have to reorder and wait if you think I may have a bad component or two.

As far as anything else. Well there is a possibility there are some blown output transistors that could be causing the entire problem. You may want to unplug the receiver, set your DMM to diode scale and test all the output transistors. You can just compare the readings from 1 channel to the next. Each channel has 2 transistors, all which are attached to the large heat sink.

It would be prudent to order a few of transistors too. Any idea what they may be?

It does not take long to test them and if there are any blown then more parts would have to be tested because they usually damage other parts when they blow. SO you should test them now before you order anything.

Mastertech, the following is the circuit after q7013 was desoldered. I had hard time doing it. Do you think now I can solder new q7013 over it? I see that pin3 and pin4 have come off the board. pin3 is connected to MPower. Pin4 is NC. If MPower connection is broken, how can it be reconnected? Thanks.
