Hi all it would be really great if the OPPO could output 48Hz instead of just 24Hz and 60Hz, youd think if it can do those two, it should be able to manage 48Hz as well... So what is the reason it cant?

Because it's not a standard, and except for a couple of guys who is still running CRT projector world wide, it's really not needed for an average user.

I contacted OPPO long time ago requesting a custom resolution option, where we can enter tinings as long as they stay inside the max pixel clock, wich is around 300Mhz on the 103 and 105 models.
I was told its possible, but that i was the only one asking for it, i did post it in the crt forum back then asking other crt users to help out contact oppo and request that feature, guess what, nobody did.

If we can find 50 oppo/ crt users, and time a request, we might get somewhere, if not, and we just are 2-3-4 that ask, its a waste of time.

I would be more than happy to pay for part of it to be done too, provided everyone else is happy enough to agree on what we should have added
