It is not the ground that is bad it's high noise level created by pcf ,smps and smps2 that the probe cable picks up combined with higher sensivity input scoop (500mv) , what you see on the +pole is not always real in the signal.

Ok so it is generated in the cable. That explains it. I measured c125 to be the same so I conclude I do not need new caps there.

Measuring is not always as easy as it looks ,you already learned about that trying to measure the videochain (rf) to. Can you trust wat you are seeing.

I am going to continue that next. I even have a fet probe but I am not sure the probe is right perhaps needs some calibration done.
