Yes, and if you look at the various manuals of the system boards you can see where they made some minor alterations in the tank circuits which are for syncing to various resolutions. I attributed this to a possibility they were aware of the system board no sync failures and were trying to correct it. But I tried some of these additions to non syncing boards and it did not help. Unless they thought it might prevent a failure but apparently did not either. I have seen newer board failures also.
