Yeah, I dont think you did either. Well those voltages are no good either, except for B+/-. About all I can think is maybe those 363's wont work. You would have to try removing both TR107 and TR108 and install original in TR108 and see if it returns to normal again.

Can I pull R138 so nothing blows?

I dont think they are the wrong part (2sk363) as we had them in on TR108 when that channel was good and all the voltages seemed fine there then..

You didn't accidentally put in a bad one then, did you?

You didn't accidentally put in a bad one then, did you? no I tested them both before they went in. but now they are both bad. I noticed the Gate voltage was .9 positive. Not good for those it has to be 0 or negative on the gate. I'll check voltage at gates now with no TR108 or R138. Nashou

ok with R138 out and TR108 out I am getting as earlier in the thread about 14 volts on the sources and in the millivolts or 0 on the drain and gates.
I'll re populate TR108 and re check voltages again with R138 still out.

Ok so with R138 out I am getting the proper voltages on TR108.
And on the empty pads of R138 I am getting + 23.45 and -.779

R137 are 8.2mV and the other side closest to edge of board starts at -130mV and then drops. I stopped measuring at -82mV

Oh, that's right. TR113 and 117 are still out, right?

Oh, that's right. TR113 and 117 are still out, right? Yes they are out. So what did we do to the good channel? Nashou

I dont know yet but i do not remember testing the good channel voltages after the 363's were put in. I went back and only saw where we tested the good channel with the original TR108 but did not see where we tested with the 363's in TR108.

Hmm, Maybe I did it on my own and never mentioned it?
Just afraid to put that sk146 in. expensive . i kow what your saying about the other parts tho. But they do measure as a N-Jfet with the same numbers(hFE) as the Sk146 I have or very close to them.

I wouldn't think it were those either but something is going on. Maybe put those other tr's back in so both channels are the same and compare some voltages. So everything in except R137 and R138 and test voltage on:
B+ ____ B- ____ R153 both sides ____, ____ R154 both sides ____, ____
