That does not look right. If you can, lift 1 leg of that resistor, the side to TR105 and then do value test and then voltage test again on lifted leg of resistor. Resistor reads good 46.7k and voltage went up to -13.69 !!! I guess the removal of some of the + voltage by lifting R113 made it go up - voltage.

I am guessing you are testing on the resistor pad. Test on the leg.

Test value of R115 and R117. Those were some I tested along with R113. They all measure ok 9.8k and 2.17k But I'll check again Nashou

Ok. Put R113 leg back in, remove TR103 and then test voltage on both sides of R115.

Ok
R115 has -11.17 and -4.9 on the TR105 Base side
R117 -20.46 Diode side and - 21.86 side that goes to R115 .
And TR103 tested good in tester.

Hmmm, so with TR103 removed you have the correct voltage on the base of TR103 and TR105 pads, correct?

Hmmm, so with TR103 removed you have the correct voltage on the base of TR103 and TR105 pads, correct? No I don't. When I sat down I accidentally pulled the probes off the Chasiss and put the positive to GND. Crap!!! So those values are not positive they are Negative. Sorry Nashou

Ok R115 has -11.17 and -4.9 on the TR105 Base side R117 -20.46 Diode side and - 21.86 side that goes to R115 . And TR103 tested good in tester. Something is wrong in this test. You have -11.17 and -21.86 on the same spot.
