The board gets really hot in the CV amp section so I am trying some added heat sinking on the original heat sinks. Might help maybe.

Ok Main amp board is back in.
All voltages on both channels match up pretty close as do the +/- B1 lines all maybe off .05 volts . with the + side having the edge.
So now we have eliminated the PS as a possible issue.
One thing that changed on the TR readings is on TR113 the Emitter voltage changed from what we had before , -17.48 to - 24.76.
Whats next?

What are the voltages now on R153 and R154? All parts are in now except for R137 and R138, correct?

Sorry I was not in the mood to work on it yesterday But After I put it all together I think they were -24.xx . I do remember all the points I measured on the right and left channel basically matched each other with R137 and R138 out. I still have the 11.xx voltage on the collector of TR109 and emitter of TR111 . Nashou

That's ok. I really have no idea what to try.
Do you have that same +11v on TR110 and TR112?

I think I might pull TR 107 and 108 instal R137 and 138 and check voltages on TR109, TR111, TR110,TR112. Then i'll report those voltages to you to see if they look good. This is so messed up . The thing is the amp sounds really nice and I'd love to have the Phono section work . Nashou

I really think you are going to have to try the original TR108 even if with R138 is removed for safety.

Ok, R153 and 154 have -25 volts.
TR 109 has 11.98 and TR 111 has 11.97
TR110 has 11.89 and TR 112 has 11.89
This is after about 7 minute warm up.
So I'll install the original TR 108 I have left and see what the voltages are in the same points ?

All voltages remain the same a little lower by about .5 volts due to caps probably depleting a bit after shut down.

If it was me, I would be disconnecting that servo section at this point.

So pull all diodes, TR's and R's and caps?

Voltage went up to -48 volt on R153 and 154 so I shut it down but I tested one of the drains on TR108 and it went up to 7.8 so I shut it down.
TR 107 and 108 are still ok.
