The anode side would read 0vdc no matter if it was good or bad.

Pulled the cap and it reads fine. I don't have a 35uf 50v but I do have 47uf 40 v not sure if I just leave it or use that.
I'll keep looking if not.
Diode also reads fine in tester.

Use that cap for now. Remove R917 and R991 and retest voltage at cathode of D908. You are using hot gnd I assume?

Unplug and set your DMM to continuity. Put 1 probe on neg of C907 and test for continuity to neg side of C969 and then pin 5 of the transformer with the other probe.

Plug supply back in and set DMM to AC voltage and test across transformer pins 4 and 5. Then across transformer pins 8 and 9.

Power supply is turned on and running? No Ac voltage across xformer pins 8 and 9? Maybe 7 and 10?

Yes DC PS and main AC both plugged in.
7 and 10 are tied to the same planes on the board so it is also the same voltage there , that is 0.
I did check the 400 vdc was there on C907 and the 24 volts and 12 was there too.

On your board is xformer pin 9 connected to D927, pins 1 and 3. And is xformer pin 8 connected to cold gnd.?

If you switch your meter to DC voltage and neg lead on xformer pin 8 and pos probe on D927, pin 2 what do you get?
