No worries mate, the 720p input block seemed to conflict with another block somewhere, and since i never used it, i gave it the boot.

Ok , i finally got to use the lumagen to output a 1080p image. But it is very glitchy. I have two sources connected to the Lumagen, one an oppo Bd player and a sat dish dtv(1080i output only). The lumagen is somehow very sensitive to the hdmi syncing. I found out switching among the two inputs causes the Pj to go to scan fail, and sometimes the audio gets lost. It seems whenever the hdmi handshake sync is happening , the Pj goes into scan fail. There are times ,changing between inputs can cause a glitch on the Luma processor( as in a white noise image comes in). The clicking during the hdmi handshake causes the pj to sometimes shut off also.

I am going back to my thread and would like to share the update on this PJ,
It was a couple of newer HDMI cable that was causing the fluctuations during the hdmi handshake or sync.
Switching to a an older hdmi cable solved the issue, i do not know why the older hdmi was able to solve it, or something in the newer 2.2 hdmi cables gives off a voltage back to the pj input.
