That is a pretty common problem with these units. Check the value of those resistors and repair the solder joints and recheck those voltages again.

That is a pretty common problem with these units. Check the value of those resistors and repair the solder joints and recheck those voltages again. Double checked and fix a couple of soldering joint and the value of caps stays the same, that leads me to believer it is not a power related problem but a component level of repair either by pre-amp or amp section(s), what do you think.
Like i said it was being repaired about 2-3 years ago and replaced most of power area components, it has been working fine but recently became more and more serious, bass is not powerful after resuming to working stage make me cant stand on it.

You listed you checked C60 when I requested C50. Was this a typo or did you test incorrectly?

It is an incorrect test, get the component arranged and let the resistors went over the through-hole before the dark, will get the DC correct measurement tomorrow

New Read: Idle working C6 71.4 70.8 C8 71.4 70.9 C4 12.3 14.8 C9 15.3 15.3 C50 15.3 14.73 C53 12.3 15.3
R9 1.3K R6 1.27K
C50 & C53 tested off the board they appear to be good Replaced C4 & C9, C35 & C12, they appear to be unreliable by DMM, C35 is the most questionable one
works better after the replacement operation, noise inside of the base is gone, start procedure is good, gripping noise is gone
Remaining problem:
during music stop at the 1st cold start up the unit, the blinking noise start right after and it last 2 mins, freq from fast to slow (indication LED light is blinking as well) problem appear after half an hour of playing
There are still bad guys in the board

You may just have a bunch of bad capacitors. Maybe you should just recap the thing.

You get that damn right again, Mastertech.
C37 goes bad that is controlling the mute part, replaced almost all caps (including C2 that is not listed under the schematic) by the power section now it is back in the enclosure and works like a charm!
Original soldering work wasn't that great but keep all work clean and clear especially power part, it is year 06 product but speaker is good no doubt, that is my belief of not giving up
Big thanks to you MASTERTECH!!

Will be working on a DIY DAC Kit(AK4490EQ) ordered close to 2 years old that never worked, KIT has SMD components pre-soldered but the work is rough that is creating a short, will fix that around the holiday, only good thing is the set has pre-amp part has LPF (that is the only part I have the schematic) and it is dedicated for Left and Right, also can manually put the DAC into DSD serial mode, believe it will make good sound.
Just get over the power part and ordered Op-Amps is on the way, can I open up a thread if I need help Mastertech?
