In debug mode 10: One gets V 100°F 80 F2 Other is I 107°F 51 2C Is one easier to fix then the other and where should I start?

I would start measuring for short, each final transistor on the big heat sink.
If you find two next to each other, than that is the bad channel. You should go through checking each component at that channel. On the base board and on the vertical board as well.
