Voltages Q7020: GND-GND RESET-3.27V VDD-3.27V Voltage D7009: 4.88v - cathode 2.98v - anode Ok, so you have 3.27v at reset pin but zero at pin 14. Check both sides of R7073.

Now i havd voltages on both side on R7073, but nothing (no relay click, no display). I try to reset enter+power button, cbl+power button, only power button.

So you now have 3.2v right on pin 14? Did you change the resistor?

Yes, i have 3.31v on pin 14, i replace r7073 with 1kohm, but nothing.

Ok, check voltage at the following pins. Also see if the voltage is steady or fluctuating.

R7044 -47ohm R7046 - 225ohm R7049 - 47ohms

There does not seem to be any Eeprom activity. Can you test voltages right on the eeprom ic? Pins 1,2,3,5,6,7,8.
