Tomorrow I will see well the circuit. The ground probe is in a point of chassis. I use it in previous measurements.

It is not always good to use chassis for ground. Many circuits use an isolated ground which chassis would then cause incorrect readings. You should always try to use a ground point in the circuit you are testing. I would suggest one of the 2 points in the image below with the red arrow.

Ok, test the voltages in the picture. Ok below the measurements R253 (+5VP) = +5V R372 (+3,3V) = +3,3V Seems all ok

Yes that seems fine. Next I would test the value of resistors: R253,R254 and R372. If they check out ok then I would test dual diode D41. Make absolutely sure there is no reverse leakage.

The resistors R253; R254 and R372 respond with values report on service manual, respectively 1k 100 and 1.5k. In the pictures below which legs I must use for measure D41?

Stop test! Fixed issue! I tried to change address. I set 0 instead 1 and now the remotes works perfectly.
Thanks for all

Well that is good news. At least you got some testing experience, lol.

So this was whiterabb1t board, correct? Now it goes back to him to confirm all is well?

Hi, the problem are apparently solved, but now, i have a new problem, i attach a video
The vertical geometry don’t work, on Decibel projector the convergence/controller tray work! and then I exclude it, i don’t have other vertical board to test...

Yes before send the tray I checked all geometry regulations and they worked.

Hello,
Then if the controller is excluded, it looks like it's the vertical board..

Make sure you didn't bend a pin sliding the tray back in.
