Hi I have Denon receiver problem is surround left channel blown , transistors are MP1715 and MN1715 both are internally short , I didn't find this part number in local market so I replaced this 2SD2390 and B1560 but the output sound is distorted , these transistors are using in latest Denon amplifier ..I also changed .22ohm resistors bcz it burned, any suggestions? Do I need proper bias 2390 to avoid distortion ?

I would send an Email to Digikey, and ask them what they would suggest to use, as a replacement for those transistors. Also you may still have other bad components. I always test all the components at the final stage and the pre-amp stage. Before and after the parts replacement. I have learned to compare measurements, from another channel. Once I blew up with flame the channel that I was repairing, because I have soldered in an NPN transistor and it suppose to be PNP.

I installed D2390 and D1560 in good working channels also but sound is distorted.

Those must be the output transistors (?) If so, the chances are you have the drivers also shorting or open. You might want to check all the transistors and diodes. Also the emitter resistors for each one of them. Distortion means most likely you have more failed components. Make sure you don't have DC on the speaker terminals.
Get the schematic and go through each of them.

You don't listen. You need to test ALL the components in the amp and pre-amp section. You have more bad components. Usually I find a few resistors, that are blown in Onkyo receivers and at least two-three transistors as well. There is more damage in the pre-amp section, then in the amp section.

I am listening, Actually i am talking about remaining good working channels, All the 4 channels(FR, FL CS and SR) are working good , but what i did that i removed MP1715 and MN 1715 from one of these working channels and installed D2390 and B1560 over there to test any compatibility issue of these part number, unfortunately sound is distorted, In blown channels(SL) i am expecting some more faulty components which in need to be replaced(as you said) Actually my question was, even i replace all the faulty components on blown channel , D2390 and B1560 can be used as replacement ,? if possible how to do proper biases.
