Also I tried turning on without driver board and I guess if something is wrong on it than it should turn on without that board or make some life signs but unfortunately nothing happened. I guess something is wrong on BCDG-0643 board.

I said the receiver was old meaning that the model was made some time ago
any way when you re-assemble it you will have to first check the standby voltages and also check to see if the
amplifier is turned on by the MCU . do you have a service manual for this receiver?

It's still fully disassembled cuz I'm trying to find any signs of cracked solder or anything suspicious. I have service manual found on google but I'm just a noob with multimeter, not experienced with reading schematics from manual. I know some basic things like where is safe to touch and where is main voltage to be more careful.
