I checked all the power supply voltage to Koyoto2gh chip all r normal ..also 5volt is coming on 18 pin if hdmi.out terminal.any suggestions?

I have found that those Marvel chips don't usually fail however, like the DSP, they can suffer from cracked solderballs. I found this more prevalent on specific models but it has been a long time so I don't recall if the NR609 is one of them.
If this is the case, I would first attempt to reflow that chip (much like the DSP). If that didn't work, I would typically remove them, reball them and then reinstall them.
People often think that heat from the DSP is what causes the solderballs to crack. I do not believe this is the case. From what I have seen (repaired over 100 of these), the issue is that heat generated under the board causes the board to flex. The chips don't move but they are rigid so they don't flex either. When the board flexes, the solderballs crack.

HTH Todd Thank you for those information, I reflow that Chip now VSP firmware version is showing also when I press display button I can see out put resolution when I plugged hdmi cable..but Video out not coming also inout video resolution also not showing ..is it need to re flow again..?

Yes. it sounds like the reflow reconnected some of the critical solder balls but there may be more cracked. i would try it again.
If that doesn't work, it is always possible that the Sii HDMI output chip has an issue. I have seen these fail but they are a bit of a challenge to replace so I hope is is simply the VSP

I Reballed Marvell chip. Now HDMI out came, but that blue screen(After onkyo logo screen will display a blue screen in 609 model) is distorted and also all hdmi input videos, but on screen display(MENU and settings) is perfect no distortion, I don't understand where is the problem now, before reballing the Marvell chip I heated ADV7844 chip also, when I look in SM, think it is the chip responsible receiving all the input video signals , but don't understand where is that blue screen generated.. in Marvell input is 36 bit pixel data bus as well as hdmi direct input also,

That is a tough one. IIRC, the Marvel part is what generates the on screen display booting and also manages the HDMI OUT port so it would appear that you have fixed that section. One potential issue is that all of the HDMI IN ports flow through an SII9489 (Q8132) part directly to the Marvel chip. It is possible that something is still wrong in the connection between the two or this part isn't working properly. These do fail from time to time but they don't usually "partially" work. They either work or they don't. i would start by checking the voltages going to this chip. The output from Q8191 drives the 1.2V rail and pin 93 of Q8132 should show 5V (this signal isn't used by the SII9489 but instead flows through it to deliver the 5V plug and play signal on the HDMI ports.

You are right..very tough to identify the problem..I did some experiments here- I again reflowed marvel chip and make sure all balls are melted by moving when it heated, so i did make sure all balls are soldered properly, but result is same as before still having distorted picture. In SM of 609 the front hdmi (Aux) that input is going to ADV7844 chip not into the Sil chip, hdmi data path is directly to Adv7844 chip and its output pixel data bus, which going to marvell chip.So I think problem in ADv7844 or the data bus to Marvel. When I am touching the crystal of ADV7844 blue became more distorted with red colour pattern, also I tried to shorting the databus line to make sure blue screen signal coming from ADV7844, but nothing happening. Also I tried to short HS and VS synchronising signal which coming from ADV7844 , when I shorted these pin to ground ..blue screen more distorting. also I recently noticed that if resolution is 1080p@60hz only little distortion, but when its in 1080p@50 distortion is as above picture
