Hi

I recently got tx nr747 , the problem is it's not turn on ..when pressing power button display coming and showing STBBOX and then suddenly going off ..I checked amp section everything is normal no DC offseset

i found that that the diodes which connected to IPROTECT and VPROTECT of MMCU are shorted and after removing it i checked the resistance of those two pins of MMCU it has very low resistance around 10ohm, then i given directly 3.3 volt to those pins , the shorts has been gone , but still its same condition, getting of after 4 or 5 second, also other input selection not working , but volume control works
