I got RX NR808, with no sound , problem is DSP chip , it is 300mhz version(d830k013bzkb3), Can i replace it with 400MHz version(d830k013bzkb4)?

I also had a TX-NR808 with a failed DSP 300Mhz version and I tried fitting the 400Mhz version but it didn't work.
I couldn't find a source for a replacement 300Mhz version, so I scrapped it as I figured it wasn't repairable.

i measured the power supply rail of dsp (d830k013bzkb3) its showing 1.47volt, but in all other d830k013bzkb4 its 1.91 volt (eg: onkyo 616, 609 onkyo 515 etc )
It was my mistake , what I am trying to say that there is slight voltage level difference in main core voltage of 400mhz an 300 mhz dsps , 300mhz voltage is slightly less than 400mhz 1.147 and 1.191 Voltage respectively

Looking at page 26 of the service manual, the DSP has two supplies from separate regulators:
Q3107 supplies VDD_DA8x +3.3V
Q3109 supplies VDD CORE +1.15V

Looking at the service manual for the TX-NR809 which uses the 400MHz chip, that has +3.3V and 1.2V supplies so almost exactly the same as the 300Mhz chip.

I understand what you mean now. I checked the two chips for pin compatibility and both are identical. Supply voltages are close enough to not make any difference in my opinion.
It didn't work for me and I tried changing the crystal and replacing the NAND as well.
The 400Mhz DSP chip isn't too expensive to try fitting. I don't think you have much to lose as I couldn't find a 300Mhz one.
