But I know already that your claimed new M66003-0131FP buy on AliExpress must be fake sorry it is nowadays to 99,99% only a fake shop and to get these genuine claimed parts really forget it the chances are very very low.
It is only a time and money waist to buy there but I hope for you that you get @ least your money back for that genuine claimed fake IC
