I brought tx nr 636 in no sound condition, Problem is 2nd DSP not booting, 2nd DSP shows bunch of question marks only in diagnostic menu. RESET pin of 2nd DSP changing fro, 3.3volt to 0volt every few second I done following attempts as of now.
1. Copied 2nd DSP firmware from working unit and installed (Serial flash chip)
2. Changed 1st DSP nand firmware from working unit
3. Re balled 2st DSP
4. Re balled 1st DSP
5. I brought 2nd DSP chip (D810) form ali express and installed
6. Changed both Ram Chip of 2nd DSP
7. Communication line between 1st and 2nd DSP checked , everything is ok
Anybody can give their suggestions

Hey,
the D810 you buy on Ali is the wrong Typ you need a D830.
But anyway you never ever get a genuine DSP on scam Ali no way there are only fakes to buy…
Have you maybe a picture from that DSP you fit?

2nd DSP is D810 and 1st DSP is D830

But which D810 you buy the B or D Version.

i buy D version, my conclusion it is not the soldering issue with 2ND DSP.

That is hard to say what is now the problem child on it I mean you swap or replace already not less parts what can cause a ? only on DSP2 place…
I guess the Ali D is a scam for sure can you upload a picture maybe from it?
That these genuine D Version DSP fail is a very tiny Chance in my opinion under 1% I never seen these failing before.
Have you check the voltage lines from both DSP‘s if these are present?

Sorry for long delay in reply, Voltages all are ok within the limit, what I found that 1s DSP(D830) trying to reset 2nd DSP in an equal interval and 2nd DSP is reading data from 2nd DSP flash memory but not completing the booting process , the original DSP(d810) also same condition as mentioned(trying to read from its Flash chip and repeating the same as 1st DSP reseting 2nd DSP), now my question is what is the Diffrence between D830 and D810, can i use D830 instead of D810 , both having same pin configuration

The D830 have build in LAN/USB function so far I know it and the D810 not 🧐
I never try a D830 in a D810 place or other way maybe it works maybe not it is a gamble 🤓
