Hello, I recently bought an Onkyo TX-NR7100. About 2 months ago. Loved it untill it went into a self diagnostics mode and then the Code NG: 1L1R2L2R LCRSLSR came up and nothing will happen ever since. Tried doing a hard reboot and it won't even do that. If anyone has any ideas I would be greatly appreciative . Thank you

You could try a reset(not what is in the manual, one that it should be in the service manual), but if that doesn't work, you may have a blown amp channel. I'm not familiar with this new generation of receivers. Personally I would take the cover off, and with a meter I would check all the final transistors on the big heatsink for short.

Ok, thank you I will try that for sure. And keep you updated. Thank you very much. B.T.W. you wouldn't by chance know anything about the Bose 701 serious II? Might start another thread for those. Been having problems with them as well. Thanks again.

Sorry, but I never worked or own anything Bose. Not a fan. If by any chance you find shorted final transistors at a channel, don't just replace those and turn it on, because may blow it again. Usually there are more parts blown, most likely on the vertical pre-amp board. Usually I test all the component, before and after the repair, to be sure that I did not miss anything. You can compare measurements with an adjacent channel.
