My receiver went no sound, and I have checked the debug code it should be something to the DSP. However, after replacing the DSP with a newer version(D808K013DPTP4) still no sound coming out and also the DSP version are all question marks. I checked the signal path between MCU and DSP by a oscilloscope and it seems DSP has outputs to MCU but MCU keeps sending RESET signal to DSP. So I assume DSP works so only thing to doubt is the firmware(which could be corrupted??? I can't believe). I see there is 8 pin SPI flash on the board and I dump the data and it looks there is something weird in the end of the data. I'm running out of idea. Just checking if someone owing the same model has the firmware dump? Really appreciated! Similar models with the same firmware:TX-SR309/ HT-R290/ HT-R390/ HT-R548/ HT-RC330 ![]()  |

I also own a Pioneer model which has the same DSP chip and I copied the firmware and flashed into the Onkyo receiver, it doesn't work as well. If someone needs the firmware for Pioneer VSX323 I'm happy to provide.

Hi, dobrykamil please help me how to fix denon X2000 DSP firmware. I changed new ADV IC still I can't update the firmware via pendrive. I've working firmware files with me. is there any tool for update flash program. I post a message in the forum but no response.

And i made the exact same repair. I replaced the DTS chip and the device gives me interrogations mark. The model of mine is HT-R592 and i would like to ask you if you can give me some directions to perform the firmware updatem even how to do the dump. I mean, if you don't mind to provide the post or something into the forum. English isn't my native language, so excuse me if i made some mistakes. Thanks. |

Hey dobrykamil, i replied liqili2005 asking for help with the exact same situatio, besides my model is HT-R592. Do you think you could provide any information if the firmware posted by you could've been use on my model? Or even provide informations about the correct one? I tried to download through the link you posted but unsucessfuly. Thanks. |
