You need to just start checking them on each board and replace if bad.

Some Vizio TVs have bad voltage regulators on the mainboard. Some they have bad BD IC on one of the inverters. Check FET's pin #1 and #3 for 10.5Kohm. If it is different, then IC can be bad, should test FETs also. There are kits on Ebay.
