There should be a sticker or decal on the back that has the model number on it. Once you find it post back and we will see if we can help.

EDIT Oh hells bells. I replied to this before I noticed the original posting date. Oh well. My info may help someone else. I have an Insignia 42" plasma I bought doa a couple years ago that I fixed. Fuses were blown on the SUS boards but they were the result of the failure, not the cause. I tracked the problem down to one of the two IPM IC's (Integrated Power Management). The IPM's were prone to heat related failure on the earlier plasma's even though they have mega sized heat sinks on them. Nice in theory but a heat sink without airflow is next to useless. There are two IPM's so if that's what ends up being the problem I can give you some pointers on how to replace the beasts to save yourself the learning curve I went through. There's some youtube vids on the process that are pretty good also. Even if only one is bad they should both be replaced at the same time. FYI- LG actually made almost all the chassis for the early plasma's so parts are relatively inexpensive due to multiple brand cross reference options. As a kinda-sorta related aside to read while we're waiting for the OP to get the model #.... Say it ain't so but Panasonic is leaving the plasma market! reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/samsung-pn60e6500/4505-6482_7-35159642.html
