Well I am a Bike owner now!!! Always wanted a older retro style bike but with modern reliability. I was looking at the Royal Enfield's , Continental GT. But the Harley dealer that sold them stoped. So I discovered this instead and got one a few weeks ago. Only rode a Dirt Bike before and not very often so I am a total newbie. But I have been practicing on grass in a park behind my friends house and yesterday went on the road for the first time for a short 15 minute ride so I can get over my fears . Going to take the Motorcycle safety class too. www.motoguzzi-canada.ca/motorcycles/v7-racer.htmlWhat do ya think? I love it!!!!

I don't want to give rides when I am a newbie. The two up kit is a new seat, grab bars and the aluminum brackets are swapped out for ones that can hole pegs and lower the exhaust a little. But i love the bracket there now So I might look for a machine shop to make a bracket that will lower the exhaust and add pegs that looks the same as original. The pic don't do this bike justice. In person it is even cooler. Not sure if I am worthy ! LOL Athanasios

Oh, so your bike just came with it? Yep that is how it is from the factory. The new 2015 model has black air box covers, ABS and Traction control. The numbers are on a silver background not black like line. Also the Bike is a V7 so the 7 coincides with that as well. Nashou

Confidence is building up a little more. Went for another 35 miles yesterday. And went on a 55 mph road. One of my fellow riders has a Harley Fat boy and said can that thing do 55? The light turned green right as he said it I punched it and before I knew it I was at 62 MPH. Fastest I have ridden on bike so far. And it was nice and smooth. I now relaize I was riding her to low in the rpm range so the rest of the ride home I kept it up about 1k higher and had less vibration on the handle bars. I think I'm getting the hang of this riding shit Nashou

That was one of the reasons I made the decision to let go and stop riding cause I could not break the fast speed habit and just slow down. So I just stopped. So try not to even get a taste of those fast speeds cause you will find them hard to break. Or they may break you. Just enjoy nice slow relaxing drives.

Oh No it is not the speed i released I liked, it was the higher RPM's. I was raving the engine to low and it was bogging and vibrating to much. The higher RPM is smoother. I just need to feel the bike out more. I don't like riding fast. I preferred the 30-45 MPH roads much more. Nashou

So how is "Easy Rider" doing, lol? Rain has been more than I'd like. And My buddy who I ride with has been working lots of doubles for Norfolk Southern. So not many miles, only 160. Hopefully I'll get some time in this saturday if he doest have to pick up hours. They fired two guys and its also holiday season. Not many other friends I have that ride. But I am getting over my fear but still have a healthy dose of caution . Nashou
