Well this evening I'll try to replace diode and tvs. Any suggestions? I must put the jumper J30?

No jumper (J30) required.
But if the projector is turning on by just pushing the main power button then I believe there is a jumper on the controller that may have to be removed. But we can address this later after it is running properly.

If you mean D400 (TVS) it generally does not have a direction so it should be fine. However, the TVS you purchased has a band on 1 end. So 2 things come to mind.
1) did the original TVS have a band? 2) did you test the new TVS with your meter to see if is shows anything in either direction?

Yes TVS The original have no band, the meter show "1" in one direction or 1433 in other. The news have band and show "680" with black probe in band side and "1" reversing probes.

I think I posted the wrong link on the TVS. Give me a minute. But "do not" try the PS.

How are you doing with this? I'm waiting a box with some spares. A third smps, another controller and a pfc board.

There are good news. I changed the diodes on the sub board of the SMPS of my friend because unfortunately I think that I have irreversibly damaged my card in recent days. Now when I press the power button on the back of the projector, it stay in standby status. The voltage ++9v is present. They do not light up even the tubes and I think I feel bad smell (like plastic heats up) after a few minutes of activity. It works only one of the three rear fan. The other good news is that I was able to connect the projector to a PC, and I could read some diagnostic data. In the following photos you can see these data. The first two photos were made with the projector in standby mode. The other two with the projector on. Projector power off (Standby). Projector power ON

Well it looks like you have a convergence problem. I do not have the manual in front of me right now but I will look into it later. Or maybe someone else will respond if they have had a convergence problem before.

All I see is that the +con and -con are made on the second smps. You have a spare?
