R2 does not look correct. You are going to have to remove it to test it. Hold off on testing those voltages until we see what is going on here.
Also test across R62 and see what reading you get. Maybe do this first.

R62 out of circuit = 2.4

No, I needed R62 tested in circuit but before you put it back, do an ohm test on the solder pads where the 2 resistors were mounted. Test at R62 pads and then at R2 pads. Give me those 2 readings.

Pad R62 8.08 Pad R2 1.28 R62 in circuit 1.87 Ok, this is a clue as to the problem. Pads for R2 are showing a problem in that circuit. In looking at the schematics it appears as though C16 and C17 are not mounted and should not be a problem. Can you verify this? If those caps are not there then I am thinking possible I90. I would remove I90 and retest the pads of R2 and see if the reading increases. If I90 does end up bad you do have another convergence board, correct? Oh, and I noticed that when you give your ohm readings you are not using the "k" for kilo ohm. You must use the "k" when posting so I know what you actually have. Is R62 8.08 ohms or kohms? Is R2 1.28 ohms or kohms?

Yes I have another convergences board. Was the defective one that I replaced with newer version. I90 is the same in both.

C16 and C17 there aren't in pcb. There are empty pads.

I had already answered. I set the meter to 20k. Then the readings are in kohms.

I'm going to remove I90. Then check pads of R2 Then swap with I90 of donor board. It's correct magister?

It does not matter what your meter is set at. I need you to be specific. It is not up to me to keep track of where your meter is set and I need the posts to be accurate.
Are both of these kohms? If they are then I have to rethink I90.
And then this must be 0.87k which is actually 870 ohms?
