Or did you mean the wall outlet had 122v?

Checked the fuse, it's fine. Changed it with another one to be sure. I get the same values.

122 V on CB 304 pins and the wall outlet. No voltage on the two outlets on the back of the unit.

Jumper was disconnected on one leg accidentally . Reconnected it. I get 122 V on the pins of transformer but no display.

Sooooooo, now we know why our lamp test was not working properly. Pop that fuse and retest with the lamp before we go any further.

Ok. Good, that's what we want. Remove lamp and put fuse back in. The board under the board with the fuse on it. Does yours look like this with all the empty spaces at the lower edge like this one?

Ok, you need to test the 4 diodes at the bottom right near that screw. You should be able to test them without removing the board for now. But I suspect you are going to find 1 or more shorted. Make sure you get a reading 1 way and not the other. DMM on diode. Receiver not plugged in, remember.

I have to remove the board!! There is a coating on the wires that prevents me from getting contact!!
