Who has had one fail or repaired one?
Mine is still working, but it has minor issues and has caused the set to shut down twice.
The image sometimes shakes left to right, not always all colours, its random.
Seems to do it for the first hour or so til the set warms up, then stays reasonably stable.
The convergence seems to drift slightly more than usual as well, but it does that with 2 different convergence boards, no change.
I have a spare ill throw in tonight.

Also, what is HTHD voltage and where should it be?

HTHD is the voltage for the Horizontal drive output, that voltage is generally proportional to the scanfrequency and the horizontal raster size. Usualy (I mean regardless of CRT projector brand) this voltage is in the 30-200V range or so. Perhaps you should check for bad solder joints on the unstable board, especially around the output FETs.

It should be around 80 V in my experience when the width is tuned on the smps with the pot.

No worries, i didnt know what it was. That voltage was way out when the shutdown occured.

Swapping out the H board seems to have fixed the movement.
