Hi all 
Ive got two DB Dynamics subwoofers that both hum. They do this with or without inputs connected, and its not the woofer humming, its the toroidal coil transformer vibrating.
There s 2x 6,800uF 63v capacitors straight after the rectifier, i was going to swap those out for larger 15,000uF caps but the spares i have are only 50v so i wouldnt go with that.
