Hi Guys,
I am repairing a HV board from a 909. The HV switching regulator is shorted. Does anyone know a reputable supplier for these?
Part number is B133165V.
Thanks, Greg

Hi,
Is that the EHT board (R7627165) and what's the component number (I... if it's an IC)?

Here is the datasheet on it. I don't have time at the moment to cross it so maybe someone else here can help. Or I can look one up later tonight. APT12082.pdf (105.54 KB)

Look for IXYS power mosfets. I don't think you'll find APT anymore. Should be, like mastertech mensioned, 1200V, 16A, 0,8 ohm rated.

Hi,
Finding a replacement could be more tricky than You think. Other parameters like Total Power dissipation, Gate Threshold voltage, Input/Output capacitance and switching characteristics shouldn't be too far off. I have checked several vendors and haven't yet been able to find any suitable replacement. I will keep on looking...
Regards, barclay66
EDIT: Just found two candidates from Cree: C2M0080120D or CMF10120D

Thanks guys,
This is the part as Casey said. It maybe a hard one to find a replacement. I do have a EHT board for an 808. I might compare the specs. Its a spare board so its not a must have at this stage. Its just good to have running spares.
