Hello,
I have a Generac RV Q55-G and it lost AC Output. (was working in the days leading up) I was following this post repairalmostanything.com/thread/11/generac-55g-putting-out-power . I was hoping you could assist me...my problem is very similar . I followed the trouble shooting in the above post as follows...but then it stoped
I have a 30 AMP Plug...
Voltage Regulator LED Not Light
Voltage at 30AMP plug is ~ 2.6 V AC
Circuit Breaker has continuity
Fixed Excitation Test ~ 40 V AC
Third Wire From Top During Cranking ~ 4 V DC Then ~ 1 V DC
Third Wire From Top Disconnected... One wire reads ~0-1 OHM and the Other ~42 OHM
Third Wire From Top that read ~ 0-1 OHM Reads ~ 12.9 During Cranking
