Off topic: I was always wondering how these thick neck high resolution P16 tubes are compared to P19LCP in sharpness...

It's really not my concern, and really don't know how these things are going in Italy, but you indicated 400€ for the tubes and 200€ for the lenses on the other site. Honestly I just sold last week a fully working NEC XG110 in nice shape for 250€, that was a complete working projector. 3 years ago I bought my NEC XG135LC off german ebay for 130€, perfect tubes, color filtering, LC lenses, again complete working projector. 5 years ago I happened to have exactly the same high res barco tubes you are selling now (in perfect shape too) I bought them for 50€ and then sold it for 100€, 5 years ago. These days you can get complete working Marquee 9500 (that is a 9" set) projector for 500€. So if you find the interest low perhaps you should review your pricing.

The auction looked a complete set of tubes, lenses, necks, six poles astigmatism rings and even a remote control.

I also recently bought a barco 801 for 50 euro. But this does not mean that is its true value, but only that the owner wants to get rid of it quickly. Selling his quadrupler and the splitter I gained 200 euro.

IMHO, true value is what people ACTUALLY pay for an item.

The spare parts follow a different logic from the whole units. Try to buy a car piece by piece and see what the total will you do at the end. Even our cine9/909/Cinemax now not worth almost nothing, but not for this we will find the spare parts for 10 bucks.

However, if you're not interested because you want to ruin the selling posts of other forumers?

Honestly I was considering the lens, but I think I'm better to save up for 9". I could only ruin the deal if there would be any interest at all

However, if you're not interested because you want to ruin the selling posts of other forumers? Dont stress, his comments will have absolutely no impact on any potential interest you may have in these, itll really make no difference.

This is not a used car, and while i agree to a point, you have to be realistic about things.
