The fact that you see "power on" indicates the display is working. That fact you can turn it on and off indicates that part is working. So 2 things first off.
1)Do you have the remote so you can check if the display is just dimmed down to off?
2)When it is on and the blue standby is on, are there any blinking leds?
3)Try a master reset. While receiver is off, press and hold the enter button and while holding it also press the on button and see if it turns on and says "Power on" then "reset <NO>". Release buttons as soon as it turns on. If it does then hit right arrow so it says "reset" then enter, says "OK" hit enter. It should say "ok" again and then shut off. Done.

I press and hold and press Enter again Stanbyon POWER ON appears on the display. Then all the buttons on the front panel and remote control are all not working but I have not checked Dimmer do it. When reiceiver in standby mode, can be turned on by remote and on display have POWER ON. All the lights are flashing none. Only Stanbyon bright lights on and the POWER ON light. please help me see his next check how to start inside it.
Thank you very much

Wish the translator was working a little better. It is not real clear on some parts.
Even if the display was dimmed to off it would still show a normal display for around 2 second after it shows Power ON. Since it appears as though you do not have that then my next guess is that you are missing a power supply some where.
Do you have a DMM and are you able to test, solder and understand directions on where to test?

Thank you. When POWER ON current screen, I press and hold it for 10 seconds Stanbyon it off, if it does not appear that any of the matte screen does. If the press Stanbyon (reiceiver on the front or on the remote), the display appears bright POWER ON. does not have a flashing light.
Can you tell me step by step inside reiceiver test, where to start, if it is not broken, the section continues where he let me know a workflow reiceiver SC25 test this, so I'll ask a technician inspect me. you please help me to technicians inspect it according to his instructions.
Thank you
