Remove R147 and see if that B- comes up. We are getting close.

AH, your list is not the same as mine. I don't believe I had you remove r147,R127,c109,c117,c119. But I see you do not have R137 on your list and if that is still in that could be why tr107 blew the last time.
Put all these back in and remove R137 and then check voltage on R139.

Something stupid is going on here. When the + and - voltages meet at R139 they should balance to zero. First we had - voltage and now we have + voltage. You may have to just change all those TR's. I would check each TR for the correct part number in the correct location. Maybe someone changed one before and put a wrong one in. I have to go for today but post what you find so I can see tomorrow.

All the parts are correct That is the first thing I checked . EDIT: What I might do is pull all diodes and replace with new. Then leave out TR 108 and 107 and re check voltages again.
