ok this kinda sucks to ask because this is my area of expertise but im extremely short on time. so here we go. my boss says he upgraded his java and now he cant print shipping labels from ebay.com or fedex.com . the buttons for print and select target printer do nothing that refresh the page. on rare occasions it bring up a security prompt askin if you will allow java to run which of coarse we do click run. ive already tried uninstalling the most recent update (java update 51) to its last version which was working fine (java update 45) but im still having the same issue.

If you wouldn't mind, maybe you could post what the solution was. It is always nice to have information available.

no problem. it is a problem with them tightening the security within java. to fix this click your start button type java open configure java. under the general tab click view temporary internet files and delete all cookies there (old labels you printed prompts). Next you will want to go to the security tab and lower the security level to medium and click restore security prompts, then click restore all. then simply close and restart you computer. and viola! no more label printing issues.
