Hello,
About month ago, I've purchased faulty amp section only, which wouldn't power up. Turns out, the small sub-power supply was faulty.It was rather an easy fix. After that,I hooked a speaker up and played some music for a while.What I've noticed, is that the sub makes a constant humming noise, even when the input cable is not attached, just mains .Last monday I got 2, this time complete subs with exact same problem, no power.I managed to fix them too.But to to my surprise, they both make them same humming noise
Sample below, please turn volume up a bit: vw-8 noise
So now, I have 3 subwoofer amps doing the same thing. Does your vw-8 sub makes similar noise?
