A friend of mine have a issue as title. In diagnostic board two green led are off. They are -17v and the green led (D253) far of others.  |

It means the 17v rail has a under (or over) voltage. He should tweak P100 on SMPS for a reading of 17,5V at J8 testpoint.
Led D253 is always off when the projector is not starting, indicating a problem.
