Yes, I meant pins 1 and 2 of the AD7416 chip. At the harness I get on both, pins 1 and 2, a 4,2V dc reading. Of course, 0V dc on pin 3.

Ok, good. Your voltages look fine. So your problem is at least 1 of 3 components. R6 may have changed resistance, D1 may be partially shorted or I1 is bad.
Do an ohm test on R6 and R7 for 100ohm. If ok then remove D1 and install board and connectors and retest voltage of pins 1 and 2 of AD7416. If voltage at pin 1 does not come up to normal then remove I1 and retest voltages again at 1 and 2.
