Test fuse F1. If ok then test resistor R52 (27 ohm)

both are good output on ic51 is 2.6 volts. i tested d55 and d312 and they are bad

got them replaced nothing happened i did notice that the relay did click when the connector was not plugged into the front panel. so it must be something wrong with the front panel

Can you disconnect the cable at CN55 and test between pins 3 and 4 of the connector?

i got 1.4 volts with it plugged in and 5.6 volts with it unplugged

Ok, so if you unplug that ribbon cable going to the front display does the voltage at cn55 across pins 3 and 4 come up when that one is plugged in?

no the hdmi boarrd is not plugged in beacuse it will there is no power going through the transformer

So let me make sure I understand this correctly. The harness from the power supply (cn55) is connected to the front display board (cn3003). But the harness from the front display (cp3001) to the HDMI board (cn1405) is not connected.
Is this correct?

yes and the audio and video input boards are not connected

Ok, good. So then, on that front display board locate REG103 and remove it. Then go check that voltage at cn55 again and see if it came up to normal.
