Opened up and did the initial visual check, no bad caps by eyes check I can tell but I have a feeling it has to be the caps was causing the problem

If you think it is caps then you need to start ESR ing them. Otherwise you should start testing voltages.

Can you instruct where can I start to test voltages?

Well I guess first would be on the main (2) PCB test across C241 for about +8v

Ok, good. Now on main 3 pcb, locate ic201. Use pin 1 for your neg probe of your DMM and test all 7 remaining pins on the ic with pos probe and give me all the voltages.

That all looks good. Is the green power light on?

That all looks good. Is the green power light on? Yes the green light is on, but the test is from cold start and that last sometime till it will shut itself off.

I thought it was not working anymore but if it is still working cold for a few hours then all of this testing was not relevant. You would have to test after it stopped working.

Will do and let you know, and, that will take some time to wait to produce the problem

So far it works as the way it suppose to be for the entire yesterday, put boards in and screws back because it is hard to monitor the work status, front panel has the light to show.
Was using it as the 2ndary woofer with my main stereo via a Y connector, when it happens, front panel light just went off, can't wake it up not until a full power circle.
Now doing a directly solo connection, will get the V read once it happens again, thx
