Ok, let me look over all this stuff tomorrow. To tired right now. The .08 might just be ok. Your meter might just be picking up stray voltage. Is the harness still connected to CP402?

What happens if you disconnect it.
See you tomorrow.

On the other 2 channels that were damaged, what parts have you removed since then for further testing of the board?

I brought the board to work with me as I had a feeling you'd ask me something. SL channel: R545,554,555,568,561,562. D422,D421. FR Channel: R458,483,474,475. D410,D409 All amps are also out the Smaller one like Q409, Q 445 etc.... Nashou

Since at this point you have pretty low voltages on your output lines I would like you to connect all harnesses and bring it out of protection and see if it stays on. usually you need below .1v to not go into protect but lets see where you are at. If it still shuts down I want all the voltages again on the output lines and the protect lines. And be specific.

It still shuts down.
FL= -.113 FR= Jumps around between +.827 to .887 C= " " " +.9 to .95 SL= " " " +.82 to .86 SR = " " " + .88 to .9
Protect lines
TR= .257 RADI= .255 ASO=-.000 DC 3 = .639 DC 4 = .638

disconnect the protect harness and retest at connector on amp board. I'm wondering if it is backfeeding.

FL= -.066 FR= +5.87 C= +5.8 SL= +4.4 SR = +4.3
Protect lines
TR= - 2.3 RADI= - 2.183 ASO=-.000 DC 3 = -.001 DC 4 = -.000
But i tried to start it like that last night and it showed overload error on screen with protection disconnected

So DC 3 and 4 at the amp connector is 0 with the harness disconnected?

So DC 3 and 4 at the amp connector is 0 with the harness disconnected? oops reverse all those numbers. Sorry the connector twists and I got confused. DC 4= - 2.3 DC3= - 2.183 ASO=-.000 RADI = -.001 TR = -.000 I'm wondering if the DC_PRO circuit is feeding the voltage?

Alright. I've been looking over the protection circuit and I believe you need to go check some stuff there. It is on the CPU board. Just follow the harness.
Parts to test: Q216,Q211,Q209,Q217,Q212,Q210,Q213,Q214 and Q215.
Lets start there just looking for shorted legs and see what you get. You don't have to give me specific test results, just if you find any with close to short legs.
