Use 1 of the gnd pins on the ic for the neg probe.

I don't have IC153. I have IC20 /R5F564166DFD/. Is that same processor? EDIT: I found where is IC153. On the main board, i thing is on HDMI Board. Now i'll check voltages.

I thing, i found problem. Relay (RY100), this is a second relay which click when i turn on receiver. This relay close contacts for second, and after that open contacts Is it normal??

RY100 appears to be for B+ and B- voltage selection. I would think what you are seeing is more likely not a cause but a result.

At video clip on different receiver is same. My problem is not a RY100:/
