I have this videoprocessor that have the issue in pictures. The video noise disappear if I set on the "game mode". Any suggests?

It looks like something is going on with the deinterlacing or reinterlacing. Or even with 3d or some other enhancement. I would try changing some of those settings with the noise on the screen. I have seen a 3d setting cause a problem with the image even when not using 3d.
Or see what the differences in the status screen are with game on and off.
If nothing seems to work try a factory reset.

The 3d functions are disabled for default because there isn't 3d interface. I tried to set factory default without fix the issue. I'm afraid that's bad contacts in some bga chips.

The Game mode bypass the deinterlacing and enhancement features, i guess you did a factory reset a few times already.
