Ok.
Next, remove your light bulb and put a fuse back in.
Install R517,R518,R617,R618.
Turn unit on and get me the DC voltage readings on both sides of all 4 of these resistors.

Q611/Q612 blown, fuse also blown. Now i have short Q611/612. I will buy new one pair.

You are going to have to test every component in the attached image on both channels.

When i put on one chanel only MOS-FET everything is normal, other chanell bulb lights on.... There is no short, left channel is the same rithg channel.:/

Ok now bulb no lignt on both channel. I have problem with -+ 2.5v which are on Q609/Q610. I have 0.3v. On q604/607 are same voltages. C 608 is brand new, C617 also is new cap. Any suggest, please/
