My son broke the keys off of his laptop. God knows why he did it or how. What can be done? Can I just glue them back on? Its a Toshiba about 4 years old. I have no clue where to find a model number. Thanks.

The model number should be on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop.
Sorry but no, you cannot glue them back on. If they just popped off, sometimes if you just get the key in place and use light pressure while jiggling it will click back into place. Don't press real hard or you may crack something. If that doesn't work then you will have to replace the keyboard. There are lots on Ebay and generally don't cost to much. Get the model number first though.

Here is a video to help explain what you are looking for and how to reinstall a key if nothing is broken. If anything is broken then you will have to get replacement parts or a keyboard.

Wow. That information was terrific. I had to do some fiddling with a few of them with those white plastic things but I was able to get them all back on. Thanks a lot!
