Did you notice the cap of focus board that remains crushed in the inner panel of the frame? This can cause cap problems and bad contact of the upper tray. In some frames a circular loop was made by the manufacturer. In mine there is not this modify and the cap is clearly damaged even if the focus board works perfectly. I couldn't get my friend's focus card to work in my system because the board's connector didn't fit completely into the motherboard slot.

Hello Domenico, Yepp, on later revisions of the focus board, Barco changed that cap with a higher value but those were some mm longer. The newer versions of BR909's had the chassis modified too, but if one used the upgraded focus board on a not modified frame.....ouchhh.... I had to cut the frame on one of my Cine Max machine in the past too. The issue was discussed few years ago on this forum, if i'm not wrong, started by Casey.
