I have an lamp issue on my x700 that I need help with. The ballast board is QAL1459-001
The projector starts up normally, lamp lights and stays on for about 40 seconds and then shuts off. I can barely get into the menus before lamp goes out.
The Leds from what I can gather show a "lamp goes out during projection" error. After lamp goes out the LED status is (lamp flashes twice and warning is solid red)
The PSU power to the ballast board is 389V and drops to 383V during lamp turn on. The power to the lamp starts out around 23V and goes up as the lamp heats up to 79V and is where it shuts off.
I am assuming the issue is with the ballast board since 95 percent of the issues seem to be there according to what I have found online. Any help much appreciated.
CN2 pins
1) Flag_oc: 0V and goes to 5V when lamp goes out.
2) Flag_oe: 0V
3) Power: 5.1V
4) on/off: 5v prior to lamp turning on then goes down to 3.1v to 4.1v while lamp on then back to 5v when lamp turns off
5) watts: 3.1v always
